Dan Simonis took the stage at the American Thunder
Benefit Concert in Sturgis. The concert benefited the
Bob Woodruff foundation, an organization that helps
wounded vets. An amazing night with a great line up.
Dan succeeded Stevie Nicks and was followed by John
Fogerty. Jeff Bridges also played that night along with
"Southern Fried" (an all vets band).
The energy was great - it was love all around. A
highlight moment was when a giant wind storm came
through during Stevie Nicks set. She almost blew off
stage. After her set she grabbed Dan's hand backstage
and wished him luck on the windy stage.
